We immediately email your receipt and queue your order for our production run.
Our kitchen preps fresh, from scratch. If you need to request a change, reach out ASAP—once prep begins, edits may not be possible.
Meals are portioned, sealed, and quickly chilled for safe transport in insulated cooler bags with ice packs.
You’ll receive a text when you’re the next stop and another once your order is delivered.
Pop meals you’ll eat within 3–4 days in the fridge. Freeze anything you want to save for later.

- Your meals are delivered in insulated cooler bags with ice packs to keep them perfectly chilled.
- Leave us specific delivery instructions when you order, and we'll make sure your meals are left in a safe and convenient spot.
- If delivery isn’t possible, we’ll contact you to reschedule; a redelivery fee may apply.
We batch routes to minimize time out of refrigeration. You’ll receive an ETA notification in the afternoon on the day of your delivery then a notification when your order is the next stop and one when it is delivered.

- No bag this week? No problem—just return it next time or schedule a pick up.
